How you play Unholy Death Knight

Build Lesser Ghouls with Festering Strike, use them with Scourge Strike, and spend Runic Power on Death Coil.

Your buttons, most important first

Army of the Dead and Dark Transformation together when ready: your big moment.
Keep your disease on the target with Outbreak. While Dark Transformation runs, press Putrefy.
Death Coil when it lights up. Festering Scythe (it follows Festering Strike) when its buff on you is almost gone.
No Lesser Ghouls? Festering Strike. Got some? Scourge Strike.
Nothing else ready? Death Coil.

More enemies: Put Death and Decay under the pack. 3 or more enemies: Epidemic instead of Death Coil.

Biggest mistake: Letting your disease fall off the target: no disease means fewer cheap, strong Death Coils.

Hero talents

Rider of the Apocalypse: no extra button. The horsemen come by themselves; just play the steps above.

San'layn: during Dark Transformation, Scourge Strike turns into Vampiric Strike. Press it a lot to keep its buff going.
