How you play Restoration Druid

Put slow heals on people early, then fill the big holes with Regrowth.

Your buttons, most important first

  1. Keep Lifebloom up all the time: on the tank, or on yourself in a raid. Efflorescence under the group.
  2. Swiftmend on cooldown, then Rejuvenation: that Rejuvenation lands on 3 people.
  3. Someone drops low: Regrowth. Use Nature's Swiftness first when it is ready.
  4. Nobody needs healing? Wrath on the enemy.
More enemies: Before group damage: Rejuvenation on 5 people. Then Wild Growth and Regrowth, which is now cheap. Huge damage: Tranquility.
Biggest mistake: Casting Regrowth without 5 Rejuvenation out. It costs a lot of mana and you run dry.

Hero talents

Wildstalker (best this season): no new button. Swiftmend leaves a flower: that target gets more healing.
Keeper of the Grove: no new button. Little tree helpers come and heal with you.

From the guides: Icy Veins 10 Aug · Method 13 Sep · Wowhead 12 Aug 2026. A patch can change this.

Group

Buttons you press for someone else or for the whole group. For one person: click their name first, then press the button. The grey note says when a button works differently.

to protect someone else: put it on them just before a big hit
when someone else's health is low
helps everyone near you at once
when someone has died

Consumables

What to bring for this spec. Point at an item for its tooltip.

Dispel

From your group: debuffs you can remove

In the game this card knows your character. Every button shows the key it is on for you right now, the lists above drop whatever you have not learned, and your bags are checked for the consumables.
